Spring Swim Session for Visalia and Tulare started Feb 2nd, 2025, through April 30th, 2026.  Online registration opened January 20th,

Summer 2026 Swim Session (May, June, July) registration is open now. If you are not currently enrolled in the Spring Session, you may start attending practice immediately when you opt for Early Registration for the Summer Session.

Swim practice is held at El Diamante High School in Visalia, and Mission Oak High School in Tulare.  You can register for SOVA-Visalia or SOVA-Tulare below. 

SOVA SWIM Visalia: 

Short Course workouts every practice

SOVA SWIM Tulare:

Short Course workouts Monday through Friday, 50-Meter-Long Course workout* Monday and Wednesday (Long course set-up varies according to high school swim meet requirements during Spring session.

IMPORTANT:

If you register for SOVA Swim, you are entitled to attend ANY swim OR water polo practice in Visalia OR Tulare.  

Example: You register for SOVA-Visalia Swim, you can attend any swim or water polo practice in Visalia OR Tulare.

MEET OUR COACHES


SOVA Swim Club is the swim division of South Valley Aquatics.   We started our swim club in Spring of 2023 when the TNT Visalia Swim Club stopped operating.   Our initial goal was to ensure that youth swimmers in Visalia still have a local option to get a competitive swim practice without needing to travel to another city.

We have worked hard to determine how to best serve our local swim community and we have developed a plan to serve the entire aquatics community.


1. Ezra Sisk has been promoted to Director of SOVA Swim and still coaches.  Josh Peters is the SOVA Head Coach and coordinates the Mission Oak location.  Mark Marroquin is our Visalia Coordinator and is on deck coaching!

2. We are a USA Swimming Member Swim Club

3. We are offering both Youth (6 to 18) and Masters (adult) swim sessions.

4. We are encouraging cross-over between SOVA Swim & the SOVA Water Polo by offering Dual-Club-Membership in both for one affordable fee.

5. We have begun competing in USA Swimming sanctioned events!  We are moving forward.

We are excited to start the 2025-2026 Winter Session on November 3rd
