Developmental and Competitive age group water polo for 2nd thru 12th grade. No experience needed.
REQUIRED: Swim test - down and back 50 yards
No prior water polo experience required
Developmental: 2nd grade thru 12th grade w/ no experience
Focus on developing swimming, treading water, vocabulary, ball handling
Competitive: 12U COED, Boys & Girls 14U, 16U, 18U
Focus on advanced conditioning, offensive & defensive concepts
Monday and Wednesday 5:50 PM to 7:30 PM
Girl 14U & Boys 14U Competitive + All age groups welcome
1st 30 minutes dryland conditioning
Monday and Wednesday 7:00 PM t0 9:00 PM
Boys 16U & 18U Competitive
1st 30 minutes dryland conditioning
